How to ship with Flotas?
1. Create your shipment
Create a shipment adding details about the item you will buy and want to be shipped to you from abroad.
2. Receive delivery offers from verified travelers going to your city
Flotas travelers going to your city will make you offers to deliver your item. Select the offer you like and accept it.
3. Send requests to verified travelers going to your city
Send requests to several Flotas travelers, and wait for one to accept your request.
4. Create a deal with your chosen verified traveler
Once an offer or request is accepted, you can chat with the traveler to align when and how he will receive your item abroad (i.e. using his/her address) and the delivery details of your item in your city.
5. Buy your item
Buy your desired item from any online shopping platform abroad and ship it to the address of your flotas traveler.
6. Pay the service fees securely
When you specify that the traveler received your shipment, you will be asked to pay the service fees using Flotas secure payment and it will be kept on hold until the successful delivery of your item.
7. Receive your order
Meet with your traveler to receive your order.
8. Pay the shipping fees securely
Get your item delivered and pay the shipping cost using Flotas secure payment. Flotas protects and guarantees your payment until you confirm you received your order.
For Travelers
How to Travel & Make Money?
1. Add your trip
Create your trip adding details about your available weight and which shipment categories you do not prefer to take with you.
2. Make an offer to a shopper
Browse delivery requests from shoppers in your destination city, and make an offer that works for you — Your delivery reward will be displayed to you in each delivery offer.
3. Receive requests from verified shoppers
Flotas shoppers will send you requests to deliver their items. Select the request you like and accept it — Your delivery reward will be displayed to you in each delivery request.
4. Confirm item details
Once an offer or request is accepted, you’ll communicate with them via Flotas’s mobile app to confirm item details (size, color, type, ..etc) and delivery details.
5. Receive the shopper’s item
The shopper will buy the item online at Amazon, Apple, and others and send it to your address.
6. Deliver and get paid!
Meet your shopper in person to deliver their item and get paid (your reward).
