The total payment will be split into 2 Steps
- Service fees: Once the shopper confirms that the item has been received by the traveler, a service fee will be deducted from his linked account. “Full Refund applies to the shopper’s wallet on the Flotas app before the confirmation of shipment arrival.
- Shipping cost: Once the shopper receives the desired item and confirms receiving it on the application the shipping cost will be deducted.
Lost & damage Refund Policy
If the item was lost or damaged on the route to the destination city, the shopper will be entitled to a refund of up to EGP 20.000 (item invoice will be required) in addition to the refund of the service and shipping cost. This refund will be made to the shopper’s wallet on the application.
